Service Disruption

From time to time due to technological factors, scheduled software uploads and other factors beyond our control, service may be temporarily interrupted. From time to time, certain features of the site, such as the Chat Lounge and Instant Messenger may not be available for use due to technological and other factors. From time to time, access to the site and the ability to log into the site may not be available due to technological and other factors. You agree to hold persepoliscapital.com harmless against any such interruption of service.

Persepolis Capital Management DMCC shall have no responsibility for delays in the transmission of orders due to disruption, failure or malfunction of communications facilities and shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, to any person or entity.

Intellectual Property

All information, copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property rights provided via Persepoliscapital.com and/or related and partner websites shall remain at all times the sole and exclusive property of Persepoliscapital.com and/or its 3rd party service providers and Customers shall have no right or interest in the Trading Systems except for the right to access and use the Trading Systems as specified herein. Customer acknowledges that the Trading Systems are confidential and have been developed through the expenditure of substantial skill, time, effort and money. The Customer will protect the confidentiality of Forex.com and/or its 3rd party service providers by allowing access to the Trading Systems only by its employees and agents on a need to access basis. Customer will not publish, distribute, or otherwise make information available to third parties any information derived from or relating to the Trading Systems. Customer will not copy, modify, de-compile, reverse engineer, and make derivative works of the Trading Systems or in the manner in which it operates.

Financial Security

Persepolis Capital Management DMCC takes credit card fraud very seriously. Discovery that any client has used a stolen or fraudulent credit card will result in the notification of the appropriate law enforcement agencies. Persepoliscapital.com shall not be held responsible under circumstances and/or at any measure whatsoever including but not limited to any amount of loss, fine and legal/attorney fees due to a fraudulent and/or faulty transaction due to technological issues.

Updation of this Terms of Use document

persepoliscapital.com may periodically modify this agreement. It is your sole responsibility to review this agreement at least on a monthly basis to determine if any of the modifications are unacceptable to you. If any subsequent modifications are deemed unacceptable, you must immediately discontinue use of the site. Your login subsequent to reviewing any modifications constitutes a binding acceptance by you of any and all modifications to the Agreement.
